This client needed a guest house and garage on their property. Site placement was very challenging on this project. The property slopes substantially and the client wished to have the new structure close to their house but did not want it to obscure views from their living room and sunroom. The final placement was located cut into the slope of their front yard. A large deck was also created for gatherings.
